Founded by lifelong friends and stylists Debbie Filling and Sarah Weiskittel, Soirée Salon opened in 2012 as the area’s only Aveda Concept Salon—a welcoming space where guests can relax, feel cared for, and enjoy a personalized experience.
Named Baltimore’s Best Salon in 2023 and recognized among Salon Today’s Top 200 for Customer Service, Soirée is known for creativity, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every visit includes Aveda’s signature rituals—a stress-relieving scalp massage, hot towel treatment, and comforting touches that make each service feel indulgent and restorative.
We proudly use Aveda hair color, up to 99% naturally derived and powered by plants for vibrant, healthy results. We also carry Oribe, celebrated for its luxurious, high-performance haircare, and Jane Iredale, The Skincare Makeup brand that blends clean, mineral-based beauty with skin-loving benefits.
Giving back is part of who we are. Soirée has raised over $12,000 for charity: water and supported The Greater Chesapeake Charitable Foundation’s Holiday Toy Drive for more than a decade, bringing joy to children in local hospitals.
