In addition to being an owner, Debbie is the director of education and our Apprentice Program and mentor to all at Soiree. Our philosophy is that you never stop learning, and Debbie makes sure that we all have ample opportunities to continue to learn and hone our craft. Debbie is truly a master when it comes to hair styling and coloring and her attention to detail shows in her work. In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog. She and her husband enjoy traveling and cooking.
Sarah Weiskittel
Owner/Master Stylist
Sarah is one of the owners of Soiree and splits her time between running the business and seeing clients. Sarah enjoys working with her clients to create customized dimensional color and cuts. Sarah has trained at the Jamison Shaw Academy for French Cutting and Balayage, the Graham Webb Academy for cutting and she has attended a plethora of Aveda color classes. Sarah enjoys collaborating with the Soiree team to take our work to the next level, both creatively and professionally. When not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dogs. She loves cooking, entertaining and going to the beach.
Izzy Sadler
New Talent Stylist
Izzy is a graduate of the Aveda Institute of Maryland and for as long as she can remember, has had a passion for all things beauty. Izzy loves getting to know her clients and connecting with them while making them feel beautiful. She is committed to continue her learning and is always working to stay on trend with new techniques. In her free time, Izzy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, she loves hiking, traveling and trying new things!
Sami Pearce
Esthetician
Facials and brows are her love language! She is certified in dermaplaning and also does lash lifts, brow lamination and lash/brow tinting. Sami has a passion for skincare and healthy skin, helping clients age gracefully in all stages of life. She is skilled at creating skin care routines and getting clients on a consistent routine to help them transform their skin. Sami offers customized facials and offers personal touches to the service such as gua sha, jade rollers, hot or cold stones and eye masks to elevate the client’s experience. When she is not obsessing over your skin, Sami loves taking care of her plants, thrifting and spending time with her dog.
Laura Stanley
Manager/Master Stylist
Our Stylist Manager, Laura Stanley, has been with the Soirée team since opening day. She studied at the Robert Paul Academy of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences. She maintains a fun and passion-filled career with continued education and an open mind to all things, hair and fashion. Laura is always excited to deliver the latest and upcoming trends but also enjoys the classic and timeless styles. Laura particularly loves corrective color, balayage, precision cutting and men’s cutting. She is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. She attended The Jamison Shaw Academy’s intensive French Cutting and Balayage class, Men’s Cutting with Michael Pavlick, Aveda’s Hair Color Solutions, Hair Color Magic and has worked side-by-side with Geno Chapman to create the perfect color for his haircut model. When Laura is not at Soiree, she loves spending time with her husband and two children. They love traveling, dining out, and attending their kids’ sporting events.
Allison Williams
Master Stylist
Allison has been in the beauty industry since she was in high school. She began her career in 1995 working as a stylist assistant while she completed her cosmetology training at Western Vocational School of Technology. While Allison loves all aspects of the salon industry, hair is truly her passion. Cutting is her favorite, but she is versatile in color, highlighting, and styling. Allison continues to attend education classes to keep up with the latest trends and styles. She has attended several advanced cutting classes, including razor cutting. In her free time, Allison enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.
Doreen Gerovasilis
Master Barber and Master Stylist
Doreen has been a hair stylist for more than three decades. She is a master of her craft, specializing in fearless cutting, advanced coloring, and sleek texturizing techniques. As a young stylist she pursued a degree in business, which led her to become a motivational and professional educator in the industry. Doreen has trained with some of the best in the business, namely TIGI, Paul Mitchell, Wella, Wayne Grund and Aveda. She is an advocate for education and attends distinguished master classes in order to assure that her guests are receiving the most modern techniques and services. Doreen is a wife and mother of four children and loves spending time with her family. She loves to entertain and orchestrate events.
Dani Siegers
Master Stylist
Getting to know the guest and earning their trust is Dani’s favorite part of being a stylist. She loves to educate her guests about every step of the process and has a genuine approach which makes it easy to go through transformations with her, whether it be cut, color or style. Dani is passionate about continuing her education and has attended many advanced classes, including the Jamison Shaw Academy’s French Cutting and Balayage, Power Paint, Hair Color Magic, Men’s Cutting with Michael Pavlick, and Aveda’s Cutting Concepts. Dani enjoys the many aspects of hair styling and changes from doing men’s cutting to formal styling to hair painting with ease and excitement. Dani enjoys spending her free time with her husband, children and their rescued Great Danes. They enjoy spending time outdoors and entertaining.
Tina Adams
Master Stylist
Tina is an experienced stylist who is passionate about cutting hair. Tina specializes in hair extensions and color services. She loves to provide services to guests that make them feel good about themselves. She stays on-trend by constantly continuing her education. She has completed Hair Color Magic and other advanced classes. Tina has over 20 years experience and brings that experience to every guest she sees. When she is not at Soiree, Tina spends her spare time with her family and their pets and they are big movie buffs!
Erica Smith
Master Stylist
Erica brings a love of learning to her work each day. Her work has been featured in Baltimore Bride Magazine. Erica’s recent continuing education includes Hair Color Magic, attending a number of Nick Arrojo’s classes, and razor cutting with Susan Ford. She enjoys sharing her craft with her peers, and participated in Open Chair—a collective live show of hairstylists sharing their craft. Erica loves to get to know each and every one of her guests so she can recommend the perfect cut and color for them. She has a passion for blondes, curly hair and men’s cuts as well as cutting-edge unconventional color. Erica’s creativity doesn’t stop when she’s not behind the chair, she loves plants, gardening and crafting. Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and her dog Shai Shai who is her best friend!
Madison Doll
Stylist/Esthetician/Makeup Artist
There is not much at Soiree that Madison doesn’t do! A Baltimore native and graduate of the Von Lee International School of Esthetics, Nova Lash Certified Specialist, and Soiree Apprenticeship Program graduate, Madison loves being in an industry where she can show her creativity and help people feel beautiful. From customized facials to personalized hair color services, Madison takes the time to discover the client’s needs and delivers every time. She loves color transformation projects. Madison also has a passion for bridal services and working with a bride and her bridal party to create the perfect looks for their special day. When Madison is not at Soiree, she enjoys spending time with her family and her sweet dog, with whom she is head-over-heels in love!

Franny Peluso
Esthetician/Nail Technician
Franny is known for her amazingly relaxing customized facials and will create a skin care regimen that is tailored to your skin’s needs. Franny also does waxing, manicures and pedicures. When she isn’t busy helping her clients relax, Franny enjoys spending time with her husband and is a lover of all animals.
Erika McCleary
Nail Technician
A Cockeysville native and Robert Paul Academy graduate, Erika has been in the industry for almost 20 years. She specializes in gel polish as well as natural nails. Her attention to detail and gentle manner are the hallmark of her manicures and pedicures as well as her nail designs. When not working, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and dog and loves crafting of all kinds.
